Future king Prince William's 'outrage' over climate change - 'it keeps me awake at night'
PRINCE WILLIAM has spoken out about his "outrage" over inaction on climate change during a podcast episode to promote his new environmental Earthshot Prize.
Prince William, 38, has shared what "keeps him awake at night" during a candid podcast episode about climate change. The future king of Great Britain was a guest on the Outrage + Optimism podcast to plug his £50 million Earthshot prize to tackle environmental issues.
During the episode podcast host, Tom Rivett-Carnac asked the Duke what makes him optimistic and what makes him outraged.
Prince William revealed it was the inaction over environmental issues which "troubled" him the most.
The Duke of Cambridge first touched on why he thinks optimism is a powerful tool for change.
Speaking about his work to tackle the illegal wildlife trade in China, William said: "So firstly, I definitely believe in optimism."
